Bruce Kayle

General Counsel

Bruce Kayle is General Counsel at Fundamental Advisors and is a member of Fundamental’s Senior Management Team. Prior to joining Fundamental in 2014, Mr. Kayle spent twenty-four years as a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP, where he was the longtime Chair of the firm’s Tax Group, and also had served on the firm’s Executive Committee. Before his time at Milbank, Mr. Kayle served on the prestigious staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation of the U.S. Congress where he participated in the formulation and implementation of the Tax Reform Act of 1986. Mr. Kayle received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. and B.S.E. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. In private practice, he was consistently listed in The Best Lawyers in America, the Legal 500, Chambers USA and Chambers Global “The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business.” He is a member of the Board of Directors of Mobilization for Justice Inc. and has received numerous pro bono recognition and leadership awards from the Legal Aid Society and Legal Services-NYC.
