Ryan Keane

Managing Director

Ryan Keane is a Managing Director at Fundamental and a member of the Investment Team. Mr. Keane has experience investing throughout the capital stack, primarily in senior care, community redevelopment, student housing, and energy. Prior to joining Fundamental, Mr. Keane was an Associate in the Municipal Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities. While at Wells Fargo, Mr. Keane focused on structuring tax-exempt and taxable bond financings and implementing interest rate management strategies for colleges, universities and other nonprofit organizations. Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Keane was an Analyst at MDF Group, a real estate development firm. Mr. Keane received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
