Ryan Martin

Managing Director

Ryan Martin is a Managing Director at Fundamental and a member of the Investment Team. Mr. Martin has experience investing across asset classes including senior care, student housing, government contracted real estate, industrial outdoor storage, community redevelopment projects, and other infrastructure investments. Prior to working on the Investment Team Mr. Martin worked on Fundamental’s Asset Management team. Mr. Martin received his B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a double major in Finance and Operations & Information Management.
